Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with ShinyHome. We want you to feel confident when choosing our products for your home refresh. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
Unused, uninstalled, and uncut
In its original packaging
In the same condition as received
Returned with all included pieces, accessories, and packaging materials
Products that have been installed, cut, peeled, used, damaged after delivery, or removed from their original backing cannot be returned.
How to Start a Return
To request a return, please contact us at:
Please include your order number, the reason for your return, and photos of the item and packaging.
If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives.
If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

After reviewing the issue, we may offer a replacement, refund, or another appropriate solution.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
Installed products
Cut or trimmed products
Used products
Products with the backing film removed
Products damaged by improper handling, installation, or surface preparation
Custom or special-order items, if applicable
Final sale or clearance items, if clearly marked at the time of purchase
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
If the returned item is not in eligible condition, we reserve the right to refuse the refund or issue a partial refund.

If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will do our best to cancel it. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled and will need to follow our return process.
Color, Texture, and Size Notes
Due to screen settings, lighting, and production batches, slight differences in color, texture, or size may occur. These small variations are not considered defects.
