Return Policy

Cancellation

We accept order cancellations before the product has been shipped or produced. If your order is successfully cancelled, you will receive a full refund. Once the order has already been shipped, we are unable to cancel it.

Returns

We accept returns for eligible products. Customers may request a return within 30 days after delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, uninstalled, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be returned in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.

Please contact our customer service team before sending any item back so we can provide the correct return address.

Return Notes

• Custom-order or personalized items may not be eligible for return.
• If the return is caused by the customer, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. The exact shipping fee depends on the carrier selected.
• If the item you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our mistake, you will not be responsible for the return shipping fee.
• We do not charge a restocking fee for eligible product returns.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. We will also notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method within a certain number of business days, depending on your payment provider or bank.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund yet, please first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund appears in your account.
